Grand Opening Authorized Dealer Hino Narogong Jan 27, 2015

Bekasi – PT. Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) as a main dealer for Hino vehicle in Indonesia and has been attend for 32 years, continues to expand sales service and after-sales. Now, one of the areas for sales Hino vehicle is Narogong – Bekasi, as potential market area. With authorized dealer Hino PT. Bypassindo Jaya Indah (BJI). Today, 27 January 2015, the dealer with 3S facility (Sales, Service, & Sparepart) officially opened in Narogong – Bekasi.  The opening ceremony was attended by Toshiro Mizutani - Commissioner HMSI, Hiroo Kayanoki - President Director HMSI, Santiko Wardoyo - Director of Sales & Promotion HMSI, Shinji Yamasaki - Director HMSI, Irwan Supriyono – Senior Executive Office After Sales Division HMSI, Vivi Kartawinata - Director BJI, Yusuf Kartawinata - Commissioner BJI.

 
“Through authorized HMSI dealer in area Narogong, PT. Bypassindo Jaya Indah (BJI) committed to provide Total Support for Hino customers and opening Hino 3S dealership is also a form to maximize service to customers Hino, "said Hiroo Kayanoki.
Hino dealers Narogong built with a total area of 1522 m2 building on an area of 4082 m2 located on the street  Narogong KM 21, No. 30, Bekasi. This dealers provide 3S facility, includes Sales, Service and Spare Parts. In addition, there are Sales Counter and Unit Display also. For owner transporter, service provided by authorized dealer Hino – BJI Narogong is also completely. Services provided include a comfortable waiting room service, with 6 bays service, to Periodic service, Light repair, Heavy repair, and Component repair and also spare parts warehouse area of 116 m2. And to further improve customer satisfaction and value of purchase units Hino, through this program we gave free periodical service fee up until 60.000KM or up to 1 year since customers purchase (delivered) Hino vehicle from authorized dealer. FSP is applied for all Hino products and this program to support our customers operational vehicle.
Santiko Wardoyo, said “By opening of Narogong dealer with facilities 3S (Sales, service and spare parts) that we are optimistic in the future Hino sales in the region or especially in Bekasi will continue to increase. Last year, we had a total market share of 60% for medium truck segment and 16.2% for the light truck segment, expected to more comfortable and prime services, so that on later can provide satisfactory service to our customers, so at the end of the year targeted Hino can control 65% market share in the medium truck segment and 18% were light truck segment”
