Thursday, 11 June 2015, the dealer with 3S facility (Sales, Service, & Sparepart) officially opened in Palembang- South Sumatera, total with this dealer HMSI has 156 dealers in Indonesia. The opening ceremony was attended by Toshiro Mizutani – Commissioner HMSI, Hiroo Kayanoki - President Director HMSI, Shinji Yamasaki – Executive Advisor HMSI, Tatsuya Miki – Marketing & Dealer Development Director HMSI, Santiko Wardoyo - Sales & Promotion Director HMSI, and Gunawati Kokoh Thamrin – Commisioner PT. Citra Lestari Mobilindo (CLM), Virgo Riand - Director CLM, Elysa Dian Thamrin - Managing Director CLM.

Hino dealers Palembang built with a total area 2.697 m2 building on an area of 11.566 m2 located on the street Jl.Letnan Harun Sohar Palembang, South Sumatera. This dealers provide 3S facility, includes Sales, Service and Spare Parts. In addition, there are Sales Counter and Unit Display also. For owner transporter, service provided by authorized dealer Hino – CLM Palembang is also completely. Services provided include a comfortable waiting room service, with 7 bays service, to Periodic service, Light repair, Heavy repair, and Component repair and also spare parts warehouse area of 16,8 m2. Gunawati Kokoh Thamrin said “To further improve customer satisfaction and value of purchase units Hino, through this program we gave free periodical service fee up until 60.000KM or up to 1 year since customers purchase (delivered) Hino vehicle from authorized dealer”. “FSP is applied for all Hino products and this program to support our customers operational vehicle” added Gunawati Kokoh Thamrin.
