Hino Provides Free Service Program For 2 Years Jul 01, 2015
Jakarta, 1 July 2015 – PT. Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) continues to improve its quality in various aspects to satisfy Hino customers. After launching of Express Maintenance, periodic maintenance held in workshops of Authorized Hino Dealers only requires approximately 59 minutes. Now, HMSI continues this program to satisfy its customers but with a new policy which is beneficial for Hino customers. Starting from 1st July 2015, the free service period of “Free Service Program” (FSP) for Hino vehicles has been extended to 60.000 KM or 2 years from the date of purchase of new vehicles from Hino Authorized Dealers.
The new FSP policy is valid for all newly purchased Hino vehicles in all Authorized Hino Dealer workshops in Indonesia. This program aims to keep Hino vehicles which are the asset of Hino customers in prime condition to be able to maximize its operational period. In addition, this program aims to improve the comfort of Hino customers by keeping maintenance costs to a minimum. To support FSP HMSI has prepared 718 skilled mechanics spread across Indonesia in 241 authorized Hino Dealer workshops, Hino standard facilities for sales and after sales service and Express Maintenance.
In addition, customers can receive guarantee of up to 3 years for Dutro and 1 year for Hino Ranger if the customer participates in FSP. “With the new FSP policy of free periodical service of up to 2 years, we hope that the trucks of Hino customers will remain in prime condition so customers could achieve maximum profit for their business,” said Irwan Supriyono – Senior Executive Officer Service& Spare Part HMSI. “In addition, we also hope that the number of Hino vehicles maintained by authorized Hino workshops will increase. Surely, this program can deliver positive impact to the business of Hino Dealers,“ added Irwan.
The policy of free periodical service of until 2 years is a part of Hino’s commitment in providing total support to its customers and also answers the challenges of commercial vehicle industry in this hard condition.
