Hino Opens After Sales Building To Improve Services for Customers Nov 19, 2015

Tangerang – PT. Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI), today officially opens After Sales Building at Service and Spare Parts Center Hino located in Jl. Gatot Subroto KM 8.5, Jatake, Tanggerang, Banten. Building with area 380 sqm was built which consists of 3 floors as center of Hino Activity to develop all the after sales program both service and spare parts. President Director HMSI, Hiroo Kayanoki said “With this new building, HMSI committed to increase our service quality to Hino loyal customer. Hino committed to serve best service with total support concept where Hino develop the best fit products and an excellent after sales services to give maximize customers profit with 100% up time operation and minimizing lifetime cost”.

Beside as center of working activity after sales division, Hino After Sales Building also as center activity for Hino Customer Care Center (HC3). This building facilitated with workshop and service reception and waiting room for customer until the hino vehicle done repaired by mechanic.
At the present, HMSI has after sales program for customers such as Express Maintenance is periodic maintenance in only 59 minutes, Free Service Program is free service maintenance for 2 years or 60.000 KM and training for drivers also mechanics. In term of spare part, Hino has Hino Genuine Part (HGP) is original part from Japan and HMSI Original Parts (HOP) is local part was made with Hino standard quality and supervision by Hino Motors ltd Japan. Hino also offers ease to get spare part by ensuring availability and provide competitive price through several programs such as Parts Consignment is a program where dealer put spare part at customer’s warehouse to aim fulfills spare part need in certain period. National Parts Price Contract (NPPC) is spare part contract through Hino dealer with fixed price and discount for customers who have several branches in Indonesia. Parts Price Contract (PPC) is spare part contract in certain period (base on forecast) with fixed price and discount and bond between customer and Hino dealer.

Beside the new After Sales Building, Service and Spare Parts Center HMSI has total area 27.000 sqm also with three main building, First Hino Training Center as center for dealer staff and customer training. With building area 4.032 sqm, Hino Training Center can accommodate 320 participants. Hino Training Center has facilities 11 class rooms, computer room, library, SST (tools) room and cutting model, prayer room, Dojo (service and spare part practice room), workshop for practice and auditorium. Second, HINO Spare Parts Center is warehouse for Hino spare part with area 6.480 sqm and can store up to a 23.000 item for keeping availability Hino spare part. The third, HINO Service Workshop has capacity 460 units every month with 11 service bay, 2 express maintenance bay and 1 bay brake tester. Maximal services provided with support from 20 professional and expert mechanics, include periodic service, light repair, heavy repair, component repair and express maintenance. HMSI Service and Spare Parts Center also have two mobile service equipped with tools for service and light repair in customer location.
Beside facilities improvement, HMSI also doing human resources development with change after sales team structure, previously service and spare part division separate, now to increase the service and provide total support to satisfy customer need both division merged with name after sales marketing division, so in the future After sales Hino can better, faster and efficient.
