Hino Provides School Bus To SMK Mataram Semarang Mar 12, 2016

Semarang, 12th March 2016 - Hino provided one (1) unit of Hino Dutro 130 MDLB to SMK Mataram Semarang (Vocational School). The handover ceremony was held at SMK Mataram in Semarang and was attended by Hiroo Kayanoki, President Director of PT. Hino Motors Sales Indonesia; J. Ralhan, Director of PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia; Hendrar Prihadi, S.E., M.M., Mayor of Semarang and his staff; Drs. Bunyamin, M.Pd., Head of the Education Office of Semarang City and his staff; Dr. Ir. Gunadi Sindhuwinata, Chairman of Mataram Education Foundation; and Hino Indonesia Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team.
SMK Mataram Semarang which is located in the capital city of Central Java is one of the leading vocational schools in Indonesia which offer automotive, culinary and fashion majors. SMK Mataram Semarang is nationally recognized as a high quality vocational school and is supported by adequate infrastructures as well as teachers with Master and Bachelor degrees who are competent in their respective fields.
The School Bus which was provided by Hino Indonesia will be utilized to transport students for their practical training at various locations around Semarang. The presence of this school bus will ensure the safety and well being of the students when commuting to and from school.

 “The provision of this School Bus is a form of our care and support towards the education sector. We place learning skills and practical experience as top priority. Theory and practice must go hand in hand,” stated Hiroo Kayanoki.
“This is the second time that we have cooperated with Mataram Education Foundation. Previously, we have provided 1 (one) unit of Hino H07D engine in 2015 for training of students in the automotive major. We are pleased to work with Mataram Education Foundation as they truly care about education development for their students” said J. Ralhan.
