Hino Optimize Excellent Service in West Papua Jan 21, 2016

Sorong - PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) with PT Kreasi Auto Kencana as Hino authorized dealer in Papua Barat region. Today, Thursday 21 January 2016 officially opened new showroom with 3S facility (Sales, Service, & Sparepart) in Sorong - Papua Barat. The event attended by Hiroo Kayanoki - President Director HMSI, Santiko Wardoyo – Sales and Promotion Director HMSI, Irwan Supriyono - Senior Executive Officer service dan sparepart HMSI, Andee Y. Yoestong - President Director PT. KAK, Rizky Putra - Marketing & Sales Planning Director PT. KAK
On his speech, Hiroo Kayanoki said Sorong, Papua Barat is a strategic and potential area especially natural resource and tourism sector  in order to, many businessman start to invest in this region. Therefore, we expected with Hino authorized dealer in Papua Barat with 3S facility (Sales, service, & sparepart) can able to boost Hino customer and customer prospect business with provide excellent service to customer.

Hino showroom Sorong located on the street Basuki Rachmat KM 9,5 built with according to the Hino standardization in total area  2.865m2 and building area on 1.118m2. In the effort to provide excellent service to customer, Hino showroom completely with Sales Counter and Unit Display facility and any various services includes comfortable waiting room, wider room service, 4 bay services to (Periodic service), (Light repair), (Heavy repair), (Component repair); also sparepart warehouse. The Presence showroom dealer 3S expected customer satisfied to use Hino vehicles.

At the end 2015, in Papua Barat we has 76% market share for medium duty truck segment and 8% for light duty truck segment. In order to in 2016 market share for medium duty truck we can continue maintain and targeted 20% market share for light duty truck segment”, said Santiko Wardoyo.
