PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia through the Hino Indonesia Academy Program will contribute to the Pre-Employment Ecosystem Program. This program is a work competency development program aimed at job seekers, workers who have been laid off and workers who need competency improvement where this program is regulated in Presidential Regulation (PERPRES) Number 113 of 2022.

The Pre-Employment Card program rolled out by the government aims to provide opportunities for job seekers and workers affected by COVID-19 to improve competencies and skills that are relevant to the needs of the current job market. Through this program, participants are given access to various training and learning, including relevant industrial training.

In this program, Hino Indonesia Academy as the training provider will hold 2 training programs which are open to the public, namely Training for Driving Large Vehicles Buses and Training for Driving Large Vehicles Trucks at the Hino Driver Training Center – Hino Total Support Customer Center (HTSCC), Purwakarta. In addition, an Operational Marketing Strategy Training scheme for the Automotive Industry in Tangerang City will also be opened.
