As part of its commitment to support education and skill development of young generation, PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) donated 20 units of PC to Yayasan Putri Berdikari Indonesia and Yayasan Bersama Kita Bangun Banjaran. This donation is intended to support the free computer course program for orphans and underprivileged people around the foundation. The handover of this assistance was carried out at the Yayasan Bersama Kita Bangun Banjaran Office, Jl Perjuangan, Tapos, Depok City. This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity is a form of Hino's concern in improving skills in the field of information technology for those who are less fortunate. This program aims to provide opportunities for orphans and poor children to acquire digital skills, so that they have enough provisions to face the challenges of the future workforce.
Dyah Maryati, Head of Hino Indonesia CSR Committee said “Hino believes that education is the key to creating a more competent generation. With the help of these computers, we hope that children can learn digital skills that will open up more opportunities for their future. We want to contribute in building a more advanced society through wider access to education.”
This assistance is part of Hino's CSR program, which focuses on education and community development. As a company committed to sustainability and shared growth, Hino will continue to support various initiatives aimed at improving social welfare, especially in the field of education and work skills.
“This assistance is very meaningful for orphans and poor children in pursuing their dreams. With the computer facilities, they can learn more useful skills for the future,” said Sugito, Chairman of Yayasan Bersama Kita Bangun Banjaran.
